The Advocacy unit is dedicated to raising awareness about human rights among the citizens and residents of the Maldives, as outlined in Law No. 06/2006 (Human Rights Commission Act). The unit focuses on fostering respect for human rights and collaborates closely with civil society organizations to promote these values.
